Covid-19 compliance and refund policy

Boschendal complies with all government regulations and maintains their own health and safety protocols:

• Infrared thermo scanning on entry to check fever
• High contact surfaces are sanitised regularly
• Thorough store cleaning done daily
• All staff adhere to social distancing protocols
• Wearing of face mask is required at all times
• Staff are monitored daily for Covid-19 symptoms
• Multiple hand sanitation stations on farm
• No cash accepted for hygene purposes. Card facilities, Zapper and Snap-scan available at pay points
• Social distancing of 1.5m or more
  

REFUND

Cancellation without penalty is permitted up to 30 days before travel upon proof of positive Covid-19 test.
