ITINERARY


29 March

Arrive at Cape Town Airport. Transfer to Waterfall Valley Retreat outside Paarl in the Cape Winelands. Yoga & pilates welcome session. 


30 March

There are numerous hiking trails in the area. The hotel has an on-site cascading waterfall and offers outdoor spa treatments.

Evening yoga & pilates session.


31 March

Morning yoga & pilates followed by breakfast. Excursion and sightseeing in the Cape Winelands with lunch included.


1 April

Morning Yoga & pilates session followed by breakfast.

Transfer from Waterfall Valley to Cape Town. Cable car up and down Table Mountain. Optional 2-hour hike on the plateau with Pernille Stallemo, accredited mountain guide.

We follow the picturesque Chapman’s Peak Drive along the Atlantic coast to Noordhoek, a semi-rural seaside village close to the breathtaking Noordhoek beach. Overnight at Noordhoek Village Hotel.


2 April

Optional excursion to Cape Town or relax in Noordhoek. Evening yoga & pilates session.


3 April

Excursion to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. There’s a high chance of spotting antelopes, zebra, ostrich, baboons and tortoises. Optional 2-km hike from the Cape of Good Hope, past the magnificent Dias Beach to Cape Point. Packed lunch. 

Visit to the world-famous Boulders Beach to see the penguins. Evening yoga & pilates session followed by dinner at the excellent Foodbarn Restaurant.



4 April

Domestic flight from Cape Town to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport. Transfer to Mjejane River Lodge, situated on the banks of the Crocodile River, inside the 3500-hectare large Mjejane Game Reserve, within the Greater Kruger National Park. Animals roam freely between the two areas and it is possible to spot them directly from the lodge. Lunch at the lodge followed by a guided safari on the Mjejane Concession. Dinner at Mjejane.


5 April

Full day game drive in the iconic Kruger National Park which covers an area of 20 000 km². This unforgettable park is South Africa’s flagship conservation area and home to 150 different species of mammals, including Africa’s Big Five and over 500 bird species. Lunch included during the day. Dinner back at Mjejane River Lodge.


6 April

Morning game drive on the Mjejane concession followed by breakfast. Transfer from Mjejane River Lodge to Ndhula Luxury Tented Lodge.

Evening yoga & pilates session followed by dinner at Ndhula. 






   


Ndhula is situated on the Likweti Wildlife Estate, outside the town of White River in the Mpumalanga Lowveld region of South Africa. Giraffes, zebras, nyalas, wildebeest and other herbivores roam freely and are often seen. In addition, more than 200 different bird species have been spotted. The stunning views, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and free-roaming plains game give this place a Serengeti-type ambience.


7 April

Morning yoga & pilates session followed by breakfast at Ndhula.

This is a day to relax and explore the Likweti Estate. There is a network of trails taking guests through the scenic Lowveld landscape, allowing them to mingle with the resident wildlife. The lodge also has its own spa and swimming pools. Evening yoga & pilates session followed by dinner at the lodge.


8 April

Full day excursion to experience the region’s natural wonders along the Panorama Route, such as Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Lisbon Falls, the Three Rondavels and God’s Window. Lunch included during the day. Dinner back at the lodge.



9 April

Morning yoga & pilates sessions followed by breakfast. Relax at Ndhula. Afternoon yoga & pilates sessions followed by dinner under the African night sky.


10 April

Morning yoga & pilates session followed by breakfast.

Transfer from Ndhula to OR Tambo International Airport, about 4 hours’ drive. Fly back home.
